Intro/New Features
CCM’s next shift in focus for 2023 is in the new Jetspeed FT6 line. The Jetspeed FT6 gear puts emphasis on breathability and mobility, which means the gear is designed to be light, discreet, and designed to keep you cool. The FT680 offers performance with this goal in mind at a more affordable price point, featuring a Pro Flexthumb, a pro-quality mesh cover, and a Sensalast palm.
External Material
The hockey gloves feature a pro-quality mesh and lightweight polyester construction that provides remarkable durability while remaining lightweight. Additionally, these gloves boast an anatomical back roll design that is perfect for competitive play.
Finger Design & Protection
The high-density PE foam used in combination with premium materials in the construction of the fingers creates a strong protective layer against impacts and slashes. The fingers also feature PE plastic inserts for reinforcement, providing an additional layer of defense that gives athletes the confidence to take on tough opponents.
Backhand Protection
The backhand uses high-density PE foam and PE plastic insert shields for reinforcement, similar to the construction of the fingers. If you’re a fan of traditional gear styles, the gloves feature an anatomical back roll that combines good protection with a conventional design.
Thumb Design
The FT680 hockey gloves reintroduce the Pro Flexthumb, a feature that has been a staple in CCM gloves for years. This feature includes a two-piece design that allows the player's thumb to move more freely and naturally, making it easier to grip the hockey stick and control the puck. This features is only available in sizes 11”-15”.
Cuff Design
The short, pre-angled one-piece open cuff is designed to allow for lots of mobility while still keeping your wrist protected where it counts. This is especially important for stickhandling and shooting, where players need to be able to move their wrists quickly and easily.
Palm Material & Gussets
The Sensalast Palm is new to the Jetspeed line and enhances the interaction between your hand and the stick, and the sublimated reinforcement not only adds to the durability of the gloves, but also ensures that you get a firm and confident grip on your stick, allowing you to take your game to the next level.
Liner
With the FT680, you'll get good comfort with the laminated liner and PU foam cushioning. The soft feel of the liner ensures that your hands will be cozy and content throughout your entire ice session.
Sizes & Colors
The Jetspeed FT680 Senior hockey gloves come in 13”, 14”, and 15” sizes in the following colourways: Black/White, Navy/White, Red/White, Black/Red/White, Navy/Red/White, Red/Yellow/White, Navy/Gold, Black/Red, and Black/Gold.

CCM Hockey Gloves Sizing Chart
Player Glove Sizing
To ensure you're purchasing the proper sized glove, one simple measurement using a measuring tape is all it takes to accurately find your size. Place the tip of the tape measure at the top of your middle finger (or which finger is longest) and measure all the way down to the bottom of your palm. Record this measurement and multiply by two. This will be roughly the size of glove you need. Compare your height, weight and age to the charts provided on each model as well to find your best fit.
Sizing Hockey Gloves (Growing Players)
If you are including growing room in the glove for a young player, always round the measurement up to the next whole number (ex. 3.2” x 2 = 6.4” -> 7”).
Making Sure Your Hockey Gloves Fit (Growing Players)
To ensure hockey gloves fit properly for a growing hockey player, have them place their hands in the glove with their palms facing up. Have the player place their hand inside the glove as they would if they were wearing the glove in a normal situation. Take your index finger and put it between the top of the player's palm and the edge of the cuff. Typically you want no more room than the width of your index finger.
You also want to have the player press their fingers against the palm so you can see the outlines. Make sure their pinky finger is at least 3/4” of the way into the pinky slot of the glove finger. To determine if the glove is too small, take your fingers and feel along the inner cuff of the glove just after the palm material. Make sure the player’s palm is not spilling over the material and onto the cuff. You also want to look at the fingers of the glove, and make sure the player’s fingers to fit in each finger slot, but they should not be pressed up against the edge or touching the gussets.
Sizing Hockey Gloves (Full-Grown Players)
When sizing for true size (no growth room) using the above measurement, round measurements less than 0.5 down to the next whole number. If the measurement ends in .5 or higher, round up to the nearest whole number.
Making Sure Your Hockey Gloves Fit (Full-Grown Players)
To ensure your hockey gloves fit properly, you want to take a look at two things.
