90-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have tried to make our in-store and website return policy as easy as possible. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return unused items in new condition within 90 days, no questions asked. The refund will be processed using the same method that the original purchase was made. While we do offer free delivery, returns and exchanges are subject to return label fees.

If you purchase a return label using our Returns Portal, the label fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee is typically $15-$20 and is deducted from the refund amount when the return parcel is processed. This is calculated automatically during the returns process using our returns portal found here: www.thehockeyshop.com/returns

If you'd prefer to ship the parcel yourself, there is no re-stocking fee.

  • Baselayer Bottoms
  • Boxers & Briefs
  • Mouth Guards
  • Used Products
  • PPE/Fabric Face Masks

 

IN-STORE RETURNS / EXCHANGES

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS / EXCHANGES

First, check that the item is eligible under our Return Policy. If the item is eligible for a return, the next step is simple. Use our online returns portal to complete the return or exchange. If you have any questions, send us an email at sales@thehockeyshop.com. 

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, simply place a new order for the replacement item and follow the steps above to return the original product. This will ensure you receive the replacement as soon as possible. If you don’t mind waiting, you can also complete an exchange for the returned product directly through the online return portal.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

While we do our best to help with shipping costs as much as possible, return shipping is currently not something we offer. What we can do is offer you our discounted rates to save you money by using a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund, once we receive your return. At this time, due to custom import/export rules, we are only able to provide pre-paid return labels for shipments within Canada.
