Get ready for the ultimate goalie experience. We’re giving 12 lucky goalies exclusive early access to TendyFest 2025 — an hour before doors open to the public. Winners will be the first to demo the newest gear, enjoy early access to the major brand reps, and receive a VIP gift bag. This is gearing up to be an experience to remember, don't miss your chance to win!

About the Event

TendyFest is a premier on-ice goalie gear demo event designed to give goaltenders exclusive access to the latest equipment from all major hockey brands. Attendees will have the opportunity to test out new gear on the ice, speak directly with brand representatives, and explore sponsor booths and additional activities throughout the event.

The 2025 TendyFest will take place on:

• Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
• Time: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• VIP Early Access: 12:30-1:15 PM
• Location: Surrey Sport and Leisure Complex (16555 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC)

Contest Prize

Each of the 12 VIP winners will receive:

• 45 minute VIP-exclusive on-ice gear demo session
• Direct access to brand reps and gear experts
• A VIP gift bag (more details to come)

Note: Be sure to bring all of your gear to the event. Gear availability is first come, first served and may vary by brand or size. We will do our best to ensure each winner receives their top choice of gear to demo. Be sure to bring all of your gear to the event.

Eligibility

• The VIP experience is open to all ages
• To enter the contest, you must be aged 19+
• Parents and Guardians may enter on behalf of minors under 19
• VIP winners under 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the event
• One (1) entry per person
• Employees of The Hockey Shop, its affiliates, or their immediate families are not eligible

Entry & Selection

• No purchase necessary to enter. The content is free to enter.
• The Event “TENDYFEST 2025” is free for all to attend.
• Contest runs from April 17th, 2025 to May 15th, 2025 at 11:59PM PST
• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
• All entries must be submitted via Contest Submission Form.
  

Winner Notification

• Winners will be drawn throughout the contest period.
• All winners will be contacted by May 16th, 2025
• Winners must confirm their acceptance within 7 days.
• If a winner does not respond in time, a new winner may be chosen.

Important Conditions

• Winners must provide valid ID upon check-in to verify identity.
• Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Winners are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
• No transportation or accommodations will be provided.
• VIP session times are subject to change.
• Participants must sign a waiver before stepping on the ice.

Privacy & Legal

• Personal information will be used only to contact winners.
• Your data will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
• The Hockey Shop reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
