The next installment of Warrior’s Ritual goalie gear series is finally here; the Ritual G6 E+ Junior blocker is modeled after the rest of the G6 E+ series, tailored specifically for developing goalies. The Junior blocker features a lightweight design, reinforced sidewall stability, and easy flex finger protection.
External Material
The G6 E+ has a lightweight design and uses various high-quality materials to ensure it lasts and is comfortable for the developing goalie. This blocker has a slight forward lean design that creates a better angle when challenging the shot.
Internal Construction
The G6 blocker is built with a lightweight and comfortable construction that is perfect for developing goalies. This blocker includes a thick board and specializes in rebound speed.
Palm Material
The palm of the Junior blocker is designed to complement the more aggressive blocker style with good flexibility and freedom of movement.
Side Hand Protection
The side hand shield is made up of the highest quality foams and materials built to cushion impact. The sidewall has been reinforced in the Junior blocker for extra stability.
Cuff
The cuff is very similar to how it was in previous Ritual blockers, with the internal cuff as part of the palm and the external cuff being velcro-adjustable. The external cuff is made wide and shorter to offer a good range of motion and a better fit with chest and arm protectors.

Goalie Blockers Sizing
More times than not, the fit of your Goalie Blocker is often overlooked. This is likely the result of the limited size availability compared to other pieces of equipment, however a properly sized Blocker provides you the protection and stick control you trust.
Which Blocker Size is for you?
The first step to finding the correct Blocker size is to utilize the “heel-of-palm-to-tip-of-middle-finger” measurement. This measurement will generally send you to the appropriate size you need.
Analyzing the Blocker Fit
It is important to ensure that the fingers tips lie close to the seam of the palm, or within 0.5” if the Blocker is for a young growing goaltender. Next you want to ensure the adjustable wrist strap goes directly across the wrist bone, and has minimal to no interference with your chest protector. The goaltender should be able to swivel their wrist to accommodate a range of save selections without any restrictions from the chest protector. You also want to ensure that the goalie can maintain control of their stick in addition to being able to maneuver the blocker when handling the puck.
Which Hand Do I Need?
Figuring out which hand you need for your Blocker can be slightly confusing. Goalies generally refer to themselves as "REGULAR" or "FULL RIGHT". Below is the easiest way to simplify which hand you need.
