When will my order be shipped?
At thehockeyshop.com, we strive to have items shipped within 24 hours (or by Monday if the order is placed during the weekend). If an item is not in stock we will notify you when we receive the order to see how you would like to proceed. Some items such as custom lettering that are personalized may take 1-2 weeks lead time.

How long will it take to arrive?
Although shipping times vary based on final destination, most packages shipped across the United States will arrive within 7 business days. UPS Ground ("Standard") shipments to the westcoast generally take 2-3 business days, central United States shipments take 3-5 business days and east coast shipments take approximately 7 business days. Our policy on Next Day Air ("Express") or 2nd Day Air ("Expedited") shipping requires that the request be made by calling 1-800-567-7790 to place your order. If no call is made we will ship UPS Standard as the default. All overseas orders will be shipped UPS Expedited and will take approximately 7 business days.

Order Tracking?
The night that your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the UPS website where you can track your order. If you do not give us an email address, you will have to call the day after your order was shipped and we will have your tracking number in the system. You may call our toll free number at 1-800-567-7790, or you may email sales@thehockeyshop.com.

Shipping Costs?
The shipping charges will be based on the size and weight of your items as well as the destination of the package. When placing your order online this will be calculated for you. If you would like to place your order over the phone, please call 1-800-567-7790 and we will calculate the shipping charges while you are on the phone.

 


Our Return Policy

NEW MERCHANDISE:
thehockeyshop.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 30 days for replacement or refund (custom orders are excluded). Please include a copy of your invoice along with the return authorization number provided by us. You are responsible for freight charges on all returns, see shipping instructions below for details. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may be waived in the case of an exchange. See exchanges below for details.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:
Please call us on our toll free number (1-800 567-7790) or email us for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be shipped prepaid using the US postal service. Please mark the Return Authorization number as well as "Canadian Goods Being Returned" and "No Commercial Value" on the outside of the package. We apologize, but shipping changes are non-refundable. We also cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Any product that has been used and is alleged to be defective may be subject to inspection/approval by the vendor/ manufacturer in order to receive a refund. Their decisions are final.

EXCHANGES:
To exchange an item, please call us on our toll free number (1-800 567-7790) or email us. The product must be returned unused, and in the original packaging. Each item being exchanged with a similar product for the first time will have its restocking fee waived.

EXCLUSIONS:
Custom or special order items are not returnable. Jocks and Undergarments are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
All returns must be shipped prepaid. Please mark the Return Authorization number as well as "Canadian Goods Being Returned" and "No Commercial Value" on the outside of the package. We are unable to call tag returns or pay for the shipping of a return. We are unable to return or exchange used merchandise. All packages being returned must be shipped via postal service.
